    • All rental charges are due before delivery
    • Rates are subject to change without notice
    • All items are subject to availability
    • All rates are subject to State and Federal taxes
    • $50.00 minimum charge for cleaning
    • $15.00 minimum refueling charge
    • $100.00 minimum trucking charge

    Rate Definitions:

    • Daily: 24-hour possession 1 day (maximum 8 hours use)
    • Weekly: 7 consecutive days (maximum 40 hours use)
    • Monthly: 28 consecutive days (maximum 176 hours use)
    • All rates are quoted by F.O.B. Marshall Machinery, Inc.
    • Trucking is available

    Customer Responsibility:

    • Furnish a qualified operator
    • Furnish proof of insurance; rental protection plan available for purchase
    • Perform daily maintenance on all rental units while in possession
    • Avoid unusual wear or damage
    • Return the rental until in clean condition, or pay a cleanup fee
    • Return the machine full of fuel or pay the refueling fee
    • Must sign Tier 4 operation waiver when applicable
