• Rates are subject to change without notice
• All items are subject to availability
• All rates are subject to State and Federal taxes
• $50.00 minimum charge for cleaning
• $15.00 minimum refueling charge
• $100.0 minimum trucking charge

Rate Definitions:

• Daily: 24 hour possession 1 day (max. 8 hrs. use)
• Weekly: 7 consecutive days (max. 40 hrs. use)
• Monthly: 28 consecutive days (max. 176 hrs. use)
• Mounting fee applicable on some items
• All rates are quote F.O.B. Marshall Machinery, Inc.
• Trucking is available

Customer Responsibility:

1. Furnish a qualified operator
2. Furnish proof of insurance; rental protection plan available for purchase
3. Perform daily maintenance on all rental units while in possession
4. Avoid unusual wear or damage
5. Return the rental unit in clean condition or pay cleanup fee
6. Return the machine full of fuel or pay refueling fee
7. Must sign Tier 4 operation waiver when applicable
